Welcome to Beta Stroller Rental. By accessing our website and using our rental services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

By reserving a stroller via our website, you agree to assume full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed securely via our payment providers.

3. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver to approved theme parks, resorts, and vacation homes in the Orlando area. The renter or a designated representative must be present to receive the stroller unless prior arrangements have been made with the resort bell services.

4. Liability

Beta Stroller Rental is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the use of our rented equipment. The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the stroller.
