Welcome to Beta Stroller Rental. By accessing our website and using our rental services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

Every reservation is governed by our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver, which you accept during the reservation process. By reserving a stroller you assume full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

A full refund will be given to all cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your rental date. All cancellations made within the 48-hour window will be charged the minimum rental fee of $50 (single or double stroller). Refunds for reservations made more than 120 days before the cancellation date will be refunded via PayPal or by check. Refunds are processed securely via our payment providers.

3. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver to approved theme-park-area hotels, resorts, and vacation homes in the Orlando area (Orlando, Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, and Winter Garden). The renter or a designated representative must be present to receive the stroller unless prior arrangements have been made; deliveries and pickups at Disney-owned resorts are made face to face with a Beta Stroller representative.

4. Tracking Device

Each rental stroller is equipped with an Apple AirTag tracking device, property of Beta Stroller, used solely for security and equipment recovery — including helping you locate the stroller if it is lost. By renting, you consent to Beta Stroller locating the device while the equipment is in your possession, and you agree not to remove, disable, or reconfigure it.

5. Liability

The rental equipment is used at the renter’s own risk, as detailed in the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver. Beta Stroller Rental is not liable for injuries or damages arising from the use or misuse of the rented equipment.

6. Trademarks

Beta Stroller Rental is an independent company, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or Universal Destinations & Experiences. References to those destinations describe delivery locations only.

7. Governing Law & Contact
